The rats are probably too busy playing video games to actually learn anything. If you think about it, it kinda reflects the current common uses of smartphones: Talking to people, looking at ####, and playing video games. This is a parody of one of my favorite video games, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, told in comic form with characters from Slightly Damned.
