Eddie Z's Installer Left a Mess
You should see the rest of the floor. Les, The installer for Eddie Z's in Chicago left a bit of a mess on the floor... Sheet Rock Dust, Paper Bits, Plastic Bits... etc. And he got furniture dirty. Why didn't he clean up after himself? Les 'Don't want to drive back into the city to clean it up' He was already back in the suburbs and 'would rather clean it up tomorrow' When your client is living in the space you are working in- You do not want to leave a mess of debris on the floor. And Maybe you should throw a drop cloth over the 13,000 Couch before you start throwing Sheet Rock Dust all around... Poor Manners.
Eddie Z's Chicago Installer, Les Scratched the Wall
See that Scratch on the wall- I had to paint over the scuff he made on the wall myself. This is beside the mess he made on the floor and furniture. I paid the cleaning lady $60 to clean up Installer Les' mess of plaster dust, plastic and cardboard.
